Top 8 Reads to Transform Your Mind

Quigs here!

I’m looking at this time for an opportunity to reinvent myself. I’ve always been a big bookworm, so it’s not uncommon for me to be reading multiple books at one time. While it’s nice to curl up with a good fiction read, I love self-help books that actually help my perspective on life. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite books before on the blog, but I wanted to show you some of my new favorites! So without further ado, here are eight reads that will change your entire mindset!

As someone who struggles with workload and getting everything done, this book has helped me tackle my never-ending to-do list. If you want less distractions and more productivity, The One Thing is the book for you.

2. Launch by Jeff Walker

With a step-by-step plan, this helped me understand the strategic approach to launching and selling digital products. As I expand my business to offer more products and services, I reach for this a lot throughout the week!

3. Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell

Not only thought-provoking, this book details strategies and tools to better your interactions with strangers. What’s really cool is the audiobook features real-life sound clips and interviews from scientists, criminologists, and psychologists!

4. WorkParty by Jaclyn Johnson

Create and Cultivate is my second family, so when its CEO Jaclyn Johnson wrote this book, I knew it was a winner! Weaving her personal story into the stories of bosses like Rebecca Minkoff and Kendra Scott, she shares her tips and tricks to “create and cultivate” the career of your dreams!

5. Thinking Like a Boss by Kate Crocco

I was sent this book a few months ago, and let me tell you - it’s SO good!!! Kate dives into the 12 “limitations” that are hindering you from reaching your potential. A great read for anyone that feels like they’re in a big rut!

6. Everything is Figureoutable by Marie Forleo

Have you faced setbacks that seem unfixable? This book doesn’t offer quick fixes to life’s major problems; instead, it presents solutions that will reverse your thought process when life gives you lemons!

7. The Optimism Bias by Tali Sharot

Guess what?! Optimism is scientific! When I first read this book, it taught me so much about how positivity affects the brain and rest of the body. So whether you’re a glass half-empty or -full kind of person, I recommend giving this a try!

8. A Whole New Mind by Daniel H. Pink

Have you ever heard of left and right brain thinkers? People who are left brain dominate typically are analytical and strategic. Right brain thinkers are the dreamers, creators, and artists!
