Who would have thought that two years ago when started my blog that it would lead me across the country to hang out with a bunch of female entrepreneurs I've never met?! Last month, @lisahomsy invited me to Hawaii for her 30th bday, and I couldn't help but say "YES," even though I knew no one but her who was going. I ended up spending a few days in paradise getting to know this group of amazing women who are all bloggers, writers and artists in their own right. I was blown away by the stories they each told on how their built their brands from the ground up. I left feeling SO inspired and SO excited to have a new tribe. The more love and goodness you put out, the more you get back. That was so clear to me this week. I am excited to support these amazing gals on their journeys to success, in their businesses and in life! Also, in honor of International Women's day, I'm partnering with QVC to celebrate female artists, artisans and entrepreneurs! Here are some of my favorite brands on QVC that are made by women!!! I love that QVC has such a wide array of brands made by women! As a business owner and entrepreneur myself, it means so much to me to be able to spread the love and support fellow women who are dreaming big! First you have to dream it, then you have to dare to DO IT! I found that this process is a whole lot easier when you have a support system in place to help you spread your wings!
In honor of International Women’s Day, QVC® and participating vendors will donate a minimum of $230,000 [AMOUNT COULD INCREASE] to benefit Nest, a global nonprofit committed to the social and economic advancement of women by supporting female artisans who might not have the resources they need to flourish.
