As the holidays quickly approach, we all start making lists. Whether it's for our own wish lists or lists of gift ideas for the ones we love, it always seems to be harder than anticipated. Sometimes, shopping is a pain in the rear. There, I said it! Okay... I love it, don't get me wrong, but only when I actually have the time, which is RARE for me right now.  As I was gearing up for my Scotland trip, I wanted to get some new pieces to photograph while overseas. I don't know about you guys, but I can get really overwhelmed with online shopping. 

I don't know if you've noticed - but the 90s have had a huge resurgence the past year, and I've gone full force into the trend. Everything from scrunchies and backpacks to small glasses and plaid have officially exploded from my closet. It is now easier than ever to find 90s staples and accessories, "vintage" or modern.

Had the amazing honor of being featured on Junebug Weddings!!! This shoot was so much fun to work on and our team of talented artists made it so seamless. I'm sure someone similar to Winnie Couture could make it even better if they wanted too but as it is fantastic! There were literally so many photos to pick from-all of them so beautiful and fun-I had the hardest time picking which ones to post!

What better time of the year to wear florals than summertime?! I love this season because it not only brings fresh new blooms in my garden, but also represents new growth and cleansing in our lives. —because the old saying, “April showers brings May flowers”, is totally true!! Without a little bit of dark clouds in our lives, we can’t fully appreciate the beautiful moments life has to offer!!

Personal style is all about taking something that is CLASSIC and making it your own! That's why I describe my own personal style as Art Teacher Chic. It's a little bit of vintage, and a little bit of modern- but a whole lot of BOLD. It's unapologetic and daring! I like to mix prints and old trends with new to create something spectacular!

Ever since I was a little girl, my mom taught me that 100% is the BEST kind of fabric to wear on your body. When it came to choosing undies, dresses, bed sheets and even jeans (since they are so tight on our bums!)… she always encouraged me to look at the label before making a purchase. "Your skin needs the freedom to breathe!" she would say.

It's cool to be a cat lady! This Valentines, I'm celebrating my inner kitty diva... and staying in to cuddle Meatball. Sorry guys, I can't. I have plans with my cat!
