The Best Lipsticks to Rock This Winter

Though L.A. is far from the winter wonderland of the Midwest, I still love to dress for the season. Adding a bold lip to your look is way to bring a little of bit sunshine even on the chilliest of days. Today, I’ve compiled my favorite bright lipsticks that will keep you warm all winter long.

1. YSL Rouge Volupté Shine Lipstick in Red Cassandre

This ruby red lip is perfect when you want equal parts bold and classic. With a slight shine, it keeps my lips moisturized in the colder temperatures of winter. Don’t even get me started on the packaging – so luxurious!

2. Mac Matte Lipstick in Chili

This formula is actually what made MAC the beauty giant it is today and for good reason too. The rich pigment of the orangish red shade is a perfect hue when you’re reminiscent of sunny skies.

This lippie packs a punch. Light but powerful, my lips feel lush and so velvety while I rock the sweet raspberry tone.

4. ColourPop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in More Better

My best friend has her own lipstick! I know I’ve talked a lot about it already, but guys, these are unreal! This shade has become my go-to, and you can even buy it as a duo with a kickbutt electric pink shade called Circus Circus.
